Pier Top welcomes The Clover Club, Brooklyn’s famed cocktail bar and local institution, for a limited three-night collaboration that unites New York’s legendary cocktail culture with the allure of Fort Lauderdale’s iconic rotating rooftop lounge.

For three nights only, The Clover Club’s acclaimed bartenders take over the bar—shaking, stirring, and pouring a curated lineup of signature cocktails—each one bold, balanced and playfully finished. Expect raspberry- and vanilla-kissed sips, smoky stunners and tropical pours with a hint of heat—each designed to ignite the senses and linger long after the last sip. 

The cocktails are paired with The Clover Club’s crave-worthy bar snacks, including duck-fat potato crisps with truffle crème fraîche and decadent deviled eggs topped with everything from smoked trout and caviar to bacon–hot pepper jam, alongside Pier Top’s full menu of elevated bites and late-night favorites.
